Withdrawal period

CENTRALE FILLERS grants a withdrawal period of a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods by its customers. CENTRALE FILLERS reserves the right to make a refund after recovery of the goods and after finding that their condition is unchanged. When the period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

Refund Method

The refund can be made via a means of payment similar to that used for the purchase. Nevertheless, it is possible to set up the transaction by another means of payment, according to the prior agreement established between the buyer and CENTRALE FILLERS in order to avoid any additional costs.

Shipping cost

Centrale Fillers also undertakes to reimburse the buyer for the delivery costs in accordance with the current article L121-20-1 of the consumer code. However, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in cases explained in the chapter " Terms of Refunds and Returns - Disputes ". In the case of a return of only part of the order, according to the opinion expressed by the DGCCRF in November 2008: the shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered (weight ratio per shipment), CENTRALE FILLERS will be able to carry out a refund on a pro rata basis for items returned by its customer.

Right of Withdrawal - Proof Required

In case of loss, damage or defective products

Upon receipt of physical proof of loss, damage or defective products, CENTRALE FILLERS may reimburse its customers on a pro rata basis for the products concerned and/or returned. CENTRALE FILLERS reserves the right to defer the effective reimbursement of the order upon receipt of physical proof of damage and or defective products. Once received, we undertake to reimburse the return costs with the rest of the amount of the order concerned. CENTRALE FILLERS may offer reimbursement of the order according to the conditions explained or return the order concerned with the customer's agreement. CENTRALE FILLERS reserves the right, in the event of a loss/theft of a package, with flashing certificate from the carrier, to reimburse or not the order. CENTRALE FILLERS reserves the right to offer a partial refund and in the form of a credit note.

In case of order errors / expired products

CENTRALE FILLERS undertakes to reimburse the order or to send it back as soon as physical proof of the dispute is obtained: Correct receipt of the package and the products of the aforementioned order. We will reimburse you for the return costs as well as the refundable amount of the disputed order.

Change of mind (without other reason) without opening the product

We will leave the return costs and delivery costs of the order sent to the customer. We reserve the right not to reimburse or to agree to return the order concerned in the event that the customer has damaged the products present in the package. Return costs are a flat rate of €6 excluding VAT in France, €10 excluding VAT in the EU, €15 excluding VAT in Switzerland and on a case-by-case basis internationally depending on the destination.

Change of mind (without other reason) after opening the articles

We will not accept any refunds or returns. We provide sanitized, single-use medical devices that must be under the recommended control of a healthcare professional. These products should remain unused with intact preservation. For parcel returns from abroad (countries outside the EU) CENTRALE FILLERS reserves the right to reimburse or not the customs fees, additional taxes generated by the return of the parcel to French territory.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data

It is also necessary to specify in our general conditions of sale that the site uses JavaScript technology. We cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site.
