Founded in 1952 in Sanremo, Italy, Mastelli Aesthetic is a global reference in the research and development of skin regeneration solutions. In partnership with Mastelli Aesthetic, Plinest presents an innovative range of products focused on PolyNucleotides (PN), resulting from expertise accumulated over more than 70 years of research.

In the 1980s, Dr. Oliviero Cattarini Mastelli and Dr. Maria Claudia Torlasco analyzed the composition of the human placenta, identifying PolyDeoxyRibonucleotides (PDRN/PN) as the main active agents. Thus, Plinest® was born, the first and original Polynucleotide, extracted from the DNA of Italian trout, with a high content of PDRN/PN, perfectly compatible with human skin.
