Mondial Relay - Stopped on our website until April 15, 2020
As of Thursday, March 19 – The delivery and shipment of parcels in France and internationally (to pickup points and at home) is halted until April 15, 2020 – The entirety of Mondial Relay's operations is suspended as well as their customer service. Any new claims or claims in process will be addressed once normal operations resume. Thus, given the accumulation of claims, a processing delay should be expected following the resumption of Mondial Relay's activities on April 15, 2020. The company Mondial Relay clearly requests that we stop offering their service for any national/international shipments. For parcels in transit: These will remain confined at Mondial Relay points until the reopening of the selected receiving agency. For parcels deposited at a now-closed pickup point, they must remain pending until the agency reopens... Mondial Relay Spain is experiencing the same halt in its operations at Points Relais®. |
